Abstract

Aiming at the problem that the traditional training mode of track and field endurance events is easy to fall into the bottleneck, this paper discusses the promotion mechanism of sports ability under the guidance of physical training. It is pointed out that physical training is not a special accessory, but the core driving force that determines endurance performance from the physiological bottom. It breaks the upper limit of performance through three paths: cardiopulmonary function optimization, muscle metabolic capacity enhancement and neuromuscular coordination and regulation. On this basis, a three-stage step-by-step training strategy is put forward, which includes bottoming in basic stage, transformation in intensive stage and integration in pre-competition. The 12-week empirical intervention shows that the mechanism and strategy significantly improve the athletes' maximum oxygen uptake, lactic acid threshold speed and running economy, and the 3000m performance is about 2.5 times higher than that of the traditional training mode. This study provides systematic theoretical support and practical reference for track and field endurance events to break through the training bottleneck and achieve a long-term leap in sports ability.
